Job summary

LifeStance Health in Federal Way, WA, is seeking a fully licensed Psychologist to join our clinical team. The role offers in-office and hybrid options, Monday through Friday schedules, with no weekend work, and a compensation range of $125,000 to $160,000 plus a sign-on bonus and productivity-based incentives.

Candidates must be licensed in Washington (Ph.D. or Psy.D) and comfortable treating adults and/or children.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D).
• Experience caring for adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Psychological testing available but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments and therapy as part of the clinical team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain current licensure and adhere to professional standards.

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists that are:

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Psychologist including a Ph.D. or Psy.D
• Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Psychological Testing available but not required
