Job summary

MePA is seeking licensed psychologists to join our clinical team in the Washington area. We offer a competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential and a W2 employed position. Sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a 401(k) with match.

Positions available in Federal Way with in-office and hybrid options, Monday–Friday, no weekends, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
