Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed clinical psychologists for outpatient positions in the Rehoboth Beach area. The role offers a hybrid schedule with telemedicine and in-person options, a compensation package starting at $130,000+ plus productivity-based earnings, a signing bonus, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, paid parental leave and EAP.

Ideal candidates are fully licensed in at least one US state (Ph.D.

Clinical psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking clinical psychologists that are:

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions
• Some psychological testing; most testing will be referred to psychometrists
