Job summary

Intellect is expanding its EAP network and seeking coaches, counsellors, and psychologists to provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite therapy. You’ll deliver CISP, host webinars, and support employees with wellbeing and resilience while collaborating with our clinical team.

A Master’s or Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology and 300 clinical hours are required; English proficiency is essential, other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master / Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology.
• Experience working with depression, OCD, PTSD, and similar topics.
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. MI, DBT, SFBT).
• Candidate must have at least 300 clinical hours.
• Proficient in English (additional languages a plus).
• Prior experience in EAP and/or counselling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy.
• Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite as needed.
• Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional).
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs.

Requirements

• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Candidate must have at least 300 clinical hours
• Candidate must be proficient in English (plus points for other languages)
• Prior experience in EAP, and/or counselling working is a plus
