The Division of Hematology, Oncology, BMT has an immediate opening for a Clinical Project Manager in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah Spencer F. Eccles School of Medicine. This position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical studies from study initiation for the pediatric oncology team, including site initiation visits, preparation of study documents (e.g., informed consent, quality of life questionnaires, laboratory orders), maintaining records, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements, registering patients in management systems (EPIC, Oncore, RedCap, iMedidata Rave), and applying project management methodologies to meet targets, timelines, budgets, and requirements. Occasional travel to the Lehi location may be required.
This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated vaccination requirements, or be approved for an exemption, prior to the first day of work. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalency) with up to 2 years of directly related work experience, or a master’s degree (or equivalency). At least 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
