Job summary

Cytel is seeking a Project Manager with a background in pharmaceutical and clinical development. You will lead cross-functional teams, support operational transformations, and manage documentation throughout clinical activities.

You will coordinate data standards, run workshops for knowledge transfer, and ensure inspection readiness while maintaining project plans, timelines, and risk logs. Strong communication with sponsors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.
• 2+ years of project management or study management experience.
• Working knowledge of the clinical development lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of Clinical/Statistical Programming (e.g., SDTM, ADaM, TFLs).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Data Management, Biostatistics, Programming, Clinical Operations).
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track clinical data standards and statistical programming activities across clinical programs.
• Support operational transition activities including organizing workshops for knowledge transfer and documenting procedures.
• Support inspection readiness and ensure project documentation is maintained.
• Develop and maintain task lists, process flows, project plans, timelines, and risk logs.
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and communicate project status to teams and sponsor stakeholders.
• Present and explain the methodology and consequences of decisions to stakeholders.
