Ladders is seeking a Clinical Project Manager - Oncology for a fully remote, US-based role dedicated to sponsor-led oncology programs. You will drive daily study management from startup to closeout, coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors and CROs, and monitor timelines, risks and performance to optimize global development programs.

The role requires 3+ years in global oncology trial management, strong operations understanding, and vendor oversight in a sponsor-dedicated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience in global oncology trials.
• Experience managing studies across multiple countries and regions.
• Vendor management experience essential.
• Strong grasp of clinical trial operations and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Project Manager - Oncology (Client Dedicated/Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee oncology clinical trial programs within a sponsor-dedicated environment, ensuring studies are executed efficiently from startup through closeout. You will partner closely with clinical study leadership, cross-functional teams, vendors, and CROs to keep timelines, deliverables, and study risks on track. The position calls for someone who can help drive operational strategy, support global trial execution, and contribute to performance improvements across complex clinical development programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually
