Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Leader to own RN/MA program operations, supervise teams, and drive quality assurance across clinical documentation. You will partner with networks for capacity planning and lead chart audits, training, and vendor management to ensure CMS/HEDIS compliance.

The role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 5+ years of clinical experience, and 2+ years leading teams in high-volume settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent professional experience.
• Licensed RN; compact multistate licensure preferred.
• 5+ years of professional clinical or nursing experience; telehealth experience preferred.
• 2+ years leading clinical teams or large cohorts; vendor-partner management a plus.
• Experience owning clinical quality assurance, chart-audit, or documentation-review programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Network Ops on capacity planning and scheduling.
• Own daily clinical operations for RN/MA programs including supervision and performance review.
• Provide functional leadership to internal and contractor RN/MA staff and program leads.
• Ensure coverage is distributed to prevent single-point strain and minimize risks.
• Maintain HIPAA/compliance and ensure documentation meets CMS/HEDIS standards.
• Deliver QA and chart-audit programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate onboarding, training resources, and competency checks for clinical staff.
• Lead and coordinate contract RN/MA recruitment and vendor relationships.
