Job summary

Lourdes Behavior Health, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Clinical Program Therapist to provide counseling and documentation for assigned consumers in a community health setting. The role emphasizes independent work, clinical supervision usage, and maintaining high productivity while collaborating with other professionals.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree, WA licensure in Mental Health/Social Work/Marriage & Family Therapy, and at least 1–2 years of supervised mental health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (clinical/mental health).
• 1+ year of professional experience in mental health services.
• Two years of supervised experience providing mental health services with children and families.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification completed after hospital orientation.
• Washington State licensure in Mental Health, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Document services and maintain the medical record for assigned consumers.

• Use clinical supervision and/or consultation when appropriate and as assigned.
• Work effectively under pressure, handling demands from multiple sources professionally.

• Demonstrate the ability to interact in a community setting with other professionals and staff who are not part of the employees' organization.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population, culture and specific needs of the consumers served.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree Required
• 1+ years of experience
• Two years of supervised experience providing mental health services with children's families
• BCLS upon completion of hospital orientation
• Washington State Licensure in Mental Health, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Hourly range

$32.19 - $43.46
