Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced behavioral health professional to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. This full-time leadership position plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for adults with severe and persistent mental illness in Lenawee County.
We have been providing services to some of the most vulnerable members of the Lenawee County community for over 40 years. Our agency provides or manages a full array of services to adults and children with mental health issues, emotional disturbances, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. As a Clinical Program Supervisor, each day offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact while supporting a small caseload and guiding a multidisciplinary team. Your morning may start by leading the team's daily meeting, assigning new referrals, reviewing crisis situations, and ensuring follow-up care is coordinated across disciplines. You'll provide direct services to consumers – such as therapy, case management, or crisis intervention – while also ensuring that documentation, medication protocols, and treatment plans are carried out with accuracy and integrity. Throughout the day, you'll supervise and support team members, assist in scheduling to meet consumer's needs, consult on clinical issues, and review service utilization data to keep the program on track. Whether preparing for a MiFAST review, reviewing individualized plan of service (IPOS), or working with community partners to ensure continuity of care, your leadership helps ensure fidelity to the ACT model will promoting ethical, high-quality services for the people we serve!

The starting annual salary is $77,649. The annualized salary range for this position is $77,649 to $100,269 per year (based on a 37-1/2 hour work week); the range is based on the number of years of service with the agency.
LCMHA is also a participating / qualifying site for several student debt relief options including the HRSA Loan Repayment Program & MDHHS Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (Please note that employee eligibility is determined by these programs, and not by LCMHA).
