Job summary

State of Nevada/DCFS is seeking a Clinical Program Planner. This role supports quality improvement, program design, policy development, and program evaluation within the Planning and Evaluation Unit of the Quality & Oversight branch.

Requires graduate-level education in health-related or social sciences and two+ years of applicable experience. Incumbents will supervise staff, analyze data, create reports, and assist with contract/grant administration, while ensuring alignment with federal/state

Qualifications

  • Graduate-level education in health-related or social science planning and research.
  • Two or more years of applicable experience.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee activities for a portion of a large program with multiple service delivery points.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor quality improvement and strategic planning activities.
  • Develop policies and procedures for quality assurance and quality improvement processes.
  • Design and conduct program evaluations for program planning, budget development, and resource allocation.
  • Develop clinical practice guidelines and standards.
  • Oversee, collect, and analyze data, prepare reports, and identify trends.
