Job summary

Advocates is seeking a Clinical Program Manager/Registered Behavior Technician to oversee clinical plans, supervise program staff, and coordinate services for individuals facing developmental or mental health challenges. You will ensure data collection, policy communication, and on-call availability to support community inclusion and rights.

Minimum five years in human services with supervisory experience and ABA experience are required; RBT certification or progress toward it within 1 year is

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative processes with input from the Program Director.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical work and data collection for the program.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure trainings are completed.
• Train staff on Individual Behavioral Protocols and oversee implementation.
• Schedule staff to ensure program coverage and cost efficiency.
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct staff supervisions and annual evaluations.
• Maintain program quality and ensure dignity and rights of individuals.
• Coordinate services and entitlements (housing, benefits).
• Maintain communications with outside agencies and families.
• Ensure timely documentation and notes according to deadlines.
• Travel between programs, offices, trainings, and meetings.
• Maintain Safety Care and other required certifications; on-call for emergencies.

Salary: $50,960-$54,600

Schedule: Monday through Friday 10am-6pm

The Clinical Program Manager/Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for overseeing the administration and implementation of clinical plans for assigned program. Provide leadership, supervision, guidance, and collaborative support with clinicians consulting to the program. This role is responsible for communication of all policies and procedures, and on-call availability. The Clinical Program Manager/Registered Behavior Technician actively promotes community inclusion, self-advocacy, and individual rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative processes and requirements in consultation with the Program Director.
• Oversees the day to day clinical work of program staff, ensuring treatment and behavior plans are being implemented correctly and data is being collected.
• Create and conduct staff meetings. Ensuring required trainings and issue are addressed.
• Train staff on Individual Behavioral Protocols and oversee implementation.
• Develop and monitor scheduling of staff across the program to ensure economy and program coverage.
• Interpret and monitor program budgets ensuring budgetary numbers are met.
• Conduct staff supervisions and yearly staff evaluations.
• Assure high quality of supports within programs.
• Assist individuals with obtaining all services and entitlements for which they qualify, to include, housing, inspections, insurance benefits.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with outside agencies.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with family members of individuals supported.
• Complete investigations and reviews as requested.
• Maintain all mandatory core certifications (First Aid, CPR, Safety Care, MAP, HR/DPPC, etc) and all licenses/certifications.
• Ensures all required notes/documentation are completed in accordance to Agency deadlines and expectations.
• Develop and monitor creative and interesting community centered opportunities for all individuals.
• Available on call for consultation in emergencies or regarding imperative concerns.
• Audit individual financial records/case records/and medications on a regular basis.
• Complete business reports, to include petty cash, census, payroll report.
• Ensures all required notes/documentation/reports are completed in accordance to Agency deadlines and expectations
• Monitor all staff training, including core trainings, development trainings and program specific trainings.
• Attend and actively participate in all supervisions/staff meetings and trainings.
• Must be able to travel between programs, office, trainings, and department meetings.
• Implements the principles of Safety Care appropriately and other program specific safety trainings.
• Ensure that individuals we support are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates’ Human Rights Policy and the Advocates Way.
• Perform all duties in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures.

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified or must obtain RBT credentialing within 1 year of employment, or possess a master’s level clinical degree (MSW, M Ed, etc.).
• Minimum five years working in human services, with one years’ experience in supervisory role.
• Minimum two years’ experience utilizing/implementing applied behavioral therapy.
