Job summary

Azenta Inc. is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II to provide project management support for Life Sciences solutions, including long-term sample management and regulated products.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of PM experience, plus familiarity with FDA/GXP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in science or related field.
• Experience in FDA and GXP regulated environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects and build relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document and act on customer expectations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Create, monitor, and revise project plans and schedules; manage scope and timelines.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Support pre-sale discussions and client meetings as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SOP maintenance.
