Loxo in San Diego, CA is seeking a Clinical Program Management professional to support clinical operations activities, study deliverables, documentation, data review, and cross-functional coordination.

You will partner with clinical teams, vendors, sites, and internal stakeholders to help maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical work, with focus on process improvement and regulatory readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific, healthcare, business, or technical field or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant experience supporting functional projects, processes, analysis, documentation, or operations.
• Knowledge of clinical processes, documentation practices, and study coordination.
• Familiarity with quality or regulatory expectations.
• Ability to manage timelines, records, data, and stakeholder follow-up with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical activities and deliverables
• Maintain study-related records, trackers, timelines, meeting materials, and documentation in accordance with established processes
• Coordinate information, communications, and follow-up with clinical teams, vendors, sites, and internal stakeholders
• Review study documents, data, reports, and operational materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Track issues, action items, risks, and potential delays, and communicate relevant updates to appropriate stakeholders
• Support process updates, training coordination, and documentation needed to maintain clinical readiness
• Participate in cross-functional clinical meetings and contribute to status updates and follow-up activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and efforts to strengthen clinical processes

What You Bring
