Job summary

Omni Family of Services Inc. in Jackson, Tennessee, seeks a Clinical Program Director to lead mental health and trauma-informed treatment across designated programs.

The CPD provides administrative and clinical support, shaping best practices and ensuring evidence-based, measurement-based care. Guided by ESTEEM values, the CPD will supervise clinical teams, foster collaboration, and advance safety, healing, and population outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed mental health professional.
• PhD, PsyD, or Master's degree in behavioral sciences, child development, social services, psychology or closely related field.
• Licensed to supervise clinical programs and meet independent licensing requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years prior experience.

As the Clinical Program Director (CPD) you would be responsible for for the overall mental health and trauma competent treatment model operation and delivery of services across their designated Omni Family of Services program. The CPD provides both administrative and clinical support for designated programs. The CPD is tasked with developing and ensuring consistent best clinical practices, including the implementation of evidence-based and measurement-based models.

• - Must be a licensed mental health professional. PhD, PsyD or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the behavioral sciences, child development, social services, psychology or closely related field required.
• - Licensed to supervise clinical programs and meet all independent licensing requirements of stated profession.
• -Able to diagnose and render behavioral health services within a jurisdiction in which those services will be provided.
• - Minimum of 3 years prior experience.
• - Demonstrated ability to build and lead strong teams to achieve successful performance, must possess strong organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• - Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
