We are seeking a highly skilled licensed psychologist with exceptional clinical expertise, writing skills, and content development experience who is passionate about developing client-facing materials (articles, quick tips, short psychoeducational videos, etc.) that teach evidence-based mental health skills. This role is centered on the development, management, and innovation of our digital self-care/prevention offering. Strong training, direct experience, and expertise in promoting individual and family well-being (kids, adolescents, parents, etc.) is required. This role will also support the development/refinement of Lyra’s AI tools, applying clinical knowledge and expertise to ensure AI’s safety and effectiveness.
You will be part of a highly skilled, creative, and collaborative team with an established track record for developing effective and engaging digital clinical materials on emotional wellness and psychotherapy skills. By directly reaching tens of thousands of clients, your work on self-care materials and AI tools will help create meaningful positive change on a large scale.
Annual base salary range: $106,000 – $162,500. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job‑related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
