Job summary

Banner Health’s Supply Chain Svcs-Hosp is seeking a Clinical Procedure Supply Coordinator in Gilbert, AZ. The role manages inventory and procurement for the Clinical Procedure area, coordinating with physicians to timely acquire materials, equipment and services for upcoming procedures.

Candidates should have strong inventory experience, be computer savvy, and able to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting. The position supports Banner Gateway with standard day shift hours.

Qualifications

• Requires business, math and communication skills with 2 years in a Healthcare Clinical area or related procurement experience.
• Must be proficient with commonly used office software and able to learn new software quickly.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance and background requirements at hire.

Responsibilities

• Procure and manage inventory for the Clinical Procedure area, including recalls and returns.
• Coordinate with Clinical department for special orders and delivery needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, shelf life and rotate stock to prevent expiration.
• Utilize MMIS for ordering, tracking, charging and reporting; ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with procurement of specialty equipment and supplies for procedures.
