Concord Hospital Health System in New Hampshire is seeking a Clinical Practice Supervisor, an experienced RN in critical care or emergency, to act as an expert clinical resource across the hospital. The role emphasizes early recognition of deterioration outside ICU/ED and leading teams during emergencies.
The position requires 3+ years in CCU/ED, BSN and NH RN license, with strong leadership and staff-education skills.
Under the Direction of the VP of Nursing and in collaboration with the Nursing Supervisors, the Clinical Practice Supervisor is an experienced critical care or emergency department registered nurse who serves as an expert clinical resource throughout the hospital. The role focuses on early recognition and intervention for patients who are clinically deteriorating outside the ICU and Emergency Department, helping prevent cardiac arrest and other adverse events. They are clinical experts in assessment, in depth chart analysis, and ensuring regulatory readiness by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing practice along with supervisory evaluation of RN’s during rounding and clinically significant events.
