Coordinates training resources, including the American Heart Association Training Center. **What You’ll Do:*** Assist employees with access to life support courses and related materials. Order supplies, including e-cards, enter rosters, and maintain records for American Heart Association courses.* Coordinate student placements and processes related to onboarding students and observers.* Oversee academic contracts, serving as liaison to the Legal Department, noting and communicating requested changes.* Complete annual community benefits report and immunization tracking for students.* Process incoming invoices and check requisitions for use of Fitch Funds and other education expenses.* Order supplies for the department* Provide administrative support to facilitate department functions.* Maintain and update the Nursing website.* Adheres to all enterprise-wide departmental policies and procedures.
