Herzing University is seeking a Clinical Placement & Compliance Coordinator to support student placements and regulatory compliance within the Florida region and beyond.
The role reports to the Director of Clinical Placement & Compliance and focuses on coordinating placements, maintaining documentation, and partnering with faculty, clinical sites, and students to ensure compliance and timely progression.

The Clinical Placement & Compliance Coordinator (CPCC) supports the execution of clinical placement and compliance activities within an assigned region or program area. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Placement & Compliance, this position is responsible for coordinating student clinical placements, supporting student and faculty compliance requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing operational support to ensure students are prepared and eligible to participate in clinical coursework. The coordinator serves as an operational liaison among students, faculty, clinical partners, and internal stakeholders to support timely placement, regulatory compliance, and positive clinical learning experiences.
This role will support the Florida region.
Schedule is primarily during standard business hours, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities based on student and business needs.
