Modern Machining Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Oakland, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and stay active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.
Responsabilités
- Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
