Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents within 24 hrs of physician referral.
• Develop effective treatment plans and obtain approval for services from the referring physician.
• Communicate regularly with supervisor and other members of the rehabilitation team.
• Record evaluations and daily treatment notes.
• Instruct patient/resident’s families in maintenance program.
• Secure necessary durable medical equipment for patients/residents.
• Report any problem areas/equipment within each facility.
