Job summary

Sterling Therapy Providers in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to assess residents, design and implement rehabilitation programs, and promote independence. The role focuses on gait, mobility, strength, balance and functional outcomes within a collaborative rehab team.

This full-time/part-time/per diem position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45-$50, comprehensive benefits including health, life and disability insurance, a 401K, holiday pay, PTO and overtime.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by the AMA and APTA and certified by the APTA.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment goals; implement PT plan and document care.
• Design and fit adaptive devices and train residents in their use.
