Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California.
• Experience diagnosing movement dysfunction and designing treatment plans.
• Ability to supervise assistants and students.
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance skills.
• Excellent communication with patients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and history.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic massage training to ease pain and promote healing.
• Maintain and review patient records and goals in the clinical record.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments per regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team about patient progress.
• Provide discharge summaries and complete required documentation.
• Participate in trainings and conferences; supervise PT assistants and aides.
