Job summary

Qualifications

• Six month internship as part of Physical Therapy School.
• Entry level Master’s program required upon hire.
• One year internship as part of DPT program required upon hire.
• Two years of experience with demonstrated leadership to act as area supervisor or weekend supervisor.
• Physical Therapist license in AR to be obtained upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with multidisciplinary team to develop and execute a treatment plan for each patient.
• Perform initial patient evaluations and re-evaluations to indicate the level of progress.
• Document treatments and note any status changes.
• Tailor treatments to individual patients and think creatively.
• Seek new learning opportunities and be a resource when others need to learn from you.
• Consistently offer the best care possible to every patient.
