Job summary

Huckeye Health Services LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina to evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance, range of motion, and functional abilities in a clinical setting.

You will develop individualized therapy plans, provide therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention. On-site position based in Rutherfordton, NC with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy – required.
• Current Physical Therapy license in North Carolina – required.
• BLS certification – required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance, range of motion, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, injury prevention, and home programs.
