Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about physical condition and symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by observing and listening to patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coach patients and teach therapeutic massage to ease pain and promote healing.
• Maintain patient records and track goals.
• Utilize assessments and evidence‑based practices to support interventions.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Communicate progress and plans with the supervisor and health team.
• Provide discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
• Document all required information in the electronic system and maintain records.
• Participate in required trainings and conferences.
• Supervise and support PT assistants, rehabilitation aides and/or students.
• Adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
