Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist or eligible for California license.
• Minimum 5 years of licensed physical therapist experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong customer service and patient-care skills.
• Willingness to travel to clinics and campus offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation and treatment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Collaborate with care teams and document in the EHR.
