Job summary

Hunter's Precision Pharmacy in Altus, Oklahoma seeks an experienced Pharmacy Technician to deliver patient-focused medication services in a clinical, outreach-minded role.

You will process medication orders, maintain patient records, communicate with patients and health professionals, and promote pharmacy services to onboard new patients. Some travel may be required, with schedule Mon-Fri and pay accordingly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Oklahoma technician license preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician or data-entry experience.
• Experience with pharmacy software and patient data handling.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Enter medication orders promptly into the pharmacy software.
• Verify prescription information for accuracy.
• Update patient profiles with demographics and allergies.
• Communicate with pharmacists, patients and facilities.
• Assist with inventory control and recalls.
• Provide courteous patient service and onboarding for new patients.
• Maintain compliance with laws and privacy policies.
