Job summary

Iowa Health Advantage (IHA) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our hospital pharmacy operations and department informatics. The role emphasizes oversight of central pharmacy activities and informatics systems, including the EMR, while supporting daily clinical pharmacist duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold a Pharm.D. or Bachelors in Pharmacy, be licensed in Iowa, and bring supervisory experience with informatics familiarity.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in Iowa (by examination or reciprocity).
• Bachelor’s or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy required.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred. residency/training in informatics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for day-to-day central pharmacy operations.
• Oversee Pharmacy Department Informatics/systems and the EMR from a pharmacy perspective.
• Fulfill Clinical Pharmacist duties as needed to support patient care.
