The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for SCC Tripoint will practice at the newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility located east of downtown Cleveland, serving residents of Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula counites. This new facility will serve as an extension of the Seidman Cancer Center located at the academic main campus. In this role, you will join a highly collaborative outpatient care team dedicated to delivering comprehensive and patient‑centered pharmaceutical care across multiple oncology disease states. In this role, you will provide direct ambulatory oncology clinical services, including therapy management, patient education, toxicity assessment and monitoring, and optimization of supportive care.
You will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing colleagues to support individualized treatment plans, advance evidence‑based practice, and contribute to quality‑improvement and practice‑development initiatives. This role also includes opportunities to precept learners, including APPE students and PGY‑1 and PGY‑2 pharmacy residents, helping to support the growth and development of future oncology pharmacists.
