Qualifications

Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D) or B.S. in Pharmacy required.
3 years hospital pharmacy experience required.
1 year ASHP-accredited hospital pharmacy residency programs or board certification required.
Current license in the State of Georgia within 90 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

MANAGEMENT OF AREA: Responsible for day-to-day operations in the area of specialty.
Assists with development and implementation of policies and procedures for area of specialty.
Develops and maintains standards for the area of specialty, including training, competency, customer service, products and processes.
Assists with performance evaluations for personnel.
Assists with departmental budget preparation as relates to area of specialty.
