Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharm.D from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Completion of a PGY2 residency accredited by ASHP or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of clinical practice in a hospital setting.
• Residency training contributes towards this requirement.
• Current license as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Florida.
• Infectious Disease and/or Antimicrobial Stewardship experience - Highly Preferred
