Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to work remotely in the Pacific Time Zone, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and no weekends or evenings. This full-time role focuses on clinical care and patient outcomes from home.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in current state of residence.
• PA Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient counseling ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and patient counseling for specialty therapies.
• Review patient profiles, medication regimens and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on medications, administration, adherence and potential side effects.

We’re partnering with a growing, independently owned specialty pharmacy seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist in the PACIFIC TIME ZONE to join their team.

What We’re Looking For
