Ardent Health Services is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist for day shift in Tyler, TX. This role focuses on delivering safe and effective medication therapy and partnering with physicians, nurses, and staff to optimize patient care.

The position emphasizes decentralized practice, comprehensive pharmaceutical services, and ongoing collaboration within a large health system to improve patient outcomes.

Formación

• Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school.
• Hospital clinical pharmacy experience required.
• Completion of PGY-1 residency; PGY-2 preferred OR 3+ years clinical experience if no PGY-2.
• BPS certification or plan to obtain within 1 year.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• BLS/ALS/ACLS certifications as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, effective medication therapy.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a decentralized setting with physicians and nurses.
• Support centralized and decentralized medication-use systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
