CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist at Mercy Medical Center Redding to review prescriptions for safety and appropriateness, ensuring high-quality patient care. You’ll verify orders, document interventions, and communicate drug information to patients and clinicians as part of a collaborative care team.

The role requires CA-licensed pharmacist status, a PharmD (or B.S. in Pharmacy with intent to obtain license), and BLS certification, with opportunities to grow clinical expertise

Competenze

• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Pharmacist license in California upon hire.

Mansioni

• Review prescriptions for safety, interactions, dosing and allergies.
