Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and CA Pharmacist license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within 30 days.
• Two years of related work experience; PGY1: one year.
• Knowledge of U.S. pharmacy practice standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of distributive, clinical, consultative, research, and administrative pharmaceutical services.
• Dispense medications and ensure accurate interpretation of prescriptions.
• Maintain documentation and prepare patient care reports and oral presentations.
• Contribute to teaching programs and training activities.
• Coordinate pharmacy services for investigational drug trials as needed.
• Interface with study teams, sponsors, and nursing to optimize drug therapy.
