• Documents all clinical interventions in the tracking system.
• Supervises and reviews tasks performed by support staff in the pharmacy.
• Removes out-of-date medications and maintains inventory levels.
• Serves as pharmacist in charge as required by MS regulations.
• Performs daily tasks and assists others as needed.
• Calculates dosages based on patient parameters for effective therapy.
• Communicates drug properties, interactions, and administration guidelines to healthcare professionals.
