Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Texas State Board of Pharmacy license in good standing (RPH).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.

• Review prescriptions for drug interactions, dosing, allergies, and safety concerns.
• Enter/verify orders accurately in the computer system and dispense medications.
• Verify medications prepared by others and communicate drug information to patients and health professionals.
