Job summary

You will document clinical interventions, check inter- and intra-provider orders, and support automated systems. A CA pharmacist license and CPR/BLS are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Pharmacist license for CA required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Document clinical activities and interventions per policy.
• Review prescriptions for interactions, dosing, and appropriateness.
• Verify medications prepared by pharmacy staff.
• Communicate drug information to patients and health professionals.
