Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner to join our team at Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. The role involves medication management, patient counseling, and collaborative care across outpatient clinics and inpatient consults in a Level II Trauma center serving Alaska Native and American Indian people.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS for those licensed under BS license requirements.
• National board certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) OR eligible to obtain within credentialing and privileging CPA requirements.

• Admin: prior authorizations, appeals, patient assistance program enrollment, billing, drug information.
• Clinical: Medication management, medication reconciliation, disease state management, patient counseling, drug therapy consultation

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner to join our team at Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. As a Level II Trauma center, ANMC represents over 30 medical specialties and serves as the tertiary referral centre for Alaska Native and American Indian people from across the state. As part of our Pharmacy team, you will join Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians in managing a combination of outpatient clinics and inpatient consults with patients from throughout Alaska.
