Job summary

Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions (AMPS) seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to lead clinical and cost containment insights for our PBM-focused client book. You will drive retention and client satisfaction while delivering utilization and financial reporting, serving as the pharmacy SME for AMPS/Drexi staff.

You will review formularies, prior auth protocols, MAC lists, and rebate contracts; collaborate across marketing, product, and sales; and support new business initiatives. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with a US license and a PharmD or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7+ years of PBM/Managed Care experience.
• Bachelor's degree or PharmD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and protect member data.
• Provide utilization and financial reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Serve as pharmacy SME to internal and external clients.
• Review formularies, prior authorizations, and MAC programs.
• Support client retention, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Sales as needed.
