Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing; state board licensure required.
• Hospital experience or residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise providers on drug selection, dosage, interactions and side effects.
• Counsel patients on administration, storage and expected response.
• Provide oversight and clinical supervision for pharmacy services and staff.
