Job summary

AdventHealth Denver is seeking a Pharmacist for a PRN Day shift to educate patients and healthcare teams on safe medication use and to optimize therapy across the care continuum.

You will supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, participate in rounds, and ensure accurate dispensing and documentation while supporting quality and compliance initiatives. A PharmD with hospital experience is desired, with state licensure active.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) required.
• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD preferred.
• 1+ hospital experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and counsel patients, families, and healthcare team on safe medication use.
• Provide safe, timely, cost-effective medication therapy and participate in stewardship and surveillance.
