Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and interprets patient prescriptions and profiles to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Demonstrates understanding of formulary system and ensures compliance.
• Documents clinical interventions in the tracking system.
• Supervises and reviews work of support staff in the pharmacy.
• Removes outdated medications and maintains inventory.
• Serves as pharmacist in charge when required by the state board.
• Completes daily tasks and supports team when needed.
