Qualifications

• Graduate from ACPE accredited pharmacy college.
• Current US pharmacist license in the state where work is performed.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication order verification and ensuring complete and appropriate orders.
• Therapeutic clinical monitoring and collaboration with prescribers.
• Compounding and dispensing with accurate labeling and safety checks.
• Supervision of interns and technicians; mentoring per ICARE values.
• Provide drug information and participate in staff development.
