Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of practice or eligible for reciprocity required.
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification required.
• Credentialing and privileging required based on area of practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmaceutical care and evaluate biomedical literature.
• Provide counseling to patients and caregivers.
• Design and monitor pharmacotherapeutic regimens.
• Participate in medical emergencies when applicable.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on medication management.
