Walmart in Glendale, AZ is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling Customers on medications and health needs, and maintaining confidentiality.

You will ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy rules, perform immunizations, support store health initiatives, and collaborate with care teams to optimize patient safety and outcomes.

Qualificações

• Pharmacy degree or PharmD and NABP licensure are required.
• Active pharmacist license by start date is required.
• Immunization training/certification (ACPE accredited) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pharmaceutical care by accurately dispensing prescriptions and counseling customers on medications and health needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Board of Pharmacy rules and company policies.
• Administer immunizations and participate in health programs as permitted by state law.
• Support compliance, ethics, and customer service standards across the pharmacy team.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).

Pharmacy license (by job entry date).

Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
