Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold a BS or PharmD.
• Post-graduate education in health-system pharmacy services preferred.
• PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency and/or equivalent clinical experience of three years.
• PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency and/or Board Certification with related trainings and/or more than three years experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages own pharmacy practice.
• Contributes to goals, programs and report cards for unit/department/hospital.
• Participates in pharmacotherapeutic plan processes.
• Supervises healthcare team members.
• Provides education and drug information.
