Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required in Louisiana.
• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• PGY-1 residency or 3+ years experience as clinical pharmacist preferred.
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk for long periods and lift at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, implementation, and documentation of the clinical program.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy Operations Manager, AVP Pharmacy, staff pharmacists, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
